Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for services not yet delivered.

• Once consulting services, workshops, or custom analytics have been delivered, refunds are not available.

• Online courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed consulting or training sessions.

• Customized deliverables (e.g., dashboards, predictive models).
